26/August/2011- Royal Haskoning achieves net profit of € 2.1 million in first half of 2011 In the first half of 2011 Royal Haskoning achieved a net profit of € 2.1 million compared with € 4.0 million in the first half-year of 2010. Turnover in the first half of 2011 was € 152 million (compared to € 167 million in the first half of 2010) and our Added Value of € 133 million was in line with the first half-year of 2010. |
26/April/2011- Royal Haskoning welcomes ocean shipping consultants aboard Royal Haskoning announces acquisition of maritime ports & shipping specialist Ocean Shipping Consultants Limited. Maritime engineering and environmental consultancy Royal Haskoning announces today that it has acquired the independent maritime economics consultancy Ocean Shipping Consultants (OSC). The acquisition will strengthen Royal Haskoning’s maritime and waterways business by adding this important element of forecasting into its UK and international service portfolio. |

15/April/2011 - Royal Haskoning participated in the Netherlands Economic Mission and a Shipyard Conference held in India The Netherlands Economic Mission (3 - 7 April 2011) Shipyard Conference: SMM 2011 Royal Haskoning was invited to participate in the SMM Event (Shipbuilding, Machinery & Marine technology) which was held during 7 – 9 April 2011 in Mumbai. |
11/February/2011 - Royal Haskoning congratulates DP World on successful completion of India’s first International Container Transshipment Terminal at Vallarpadam, Cochin. The International Container Transshipment Terminal (ICTT) at Vallarpadam was inaugurated by honourable Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh. The Prime Minister had laid the foundation stone for this project in February 2005. Mr. Singh dedicated the country’s first Container Transshipment Terminal to the nation describing it as a “milestone in logistic infrastructure development." |
08/October/2010 - Royal Haskoning appoints Erik Oostwegel as Chairman and Frank Heemskerk as a member of the Board of Management We are delighted to be able to inform you that the Supervisory Board will appoint Erik Oostwegel MSc as Chairman of the Board of Management of Royal Haskoning Group with effect from 1 January 2011. On the same date, Frank Heemskerk MSc will join the Board of Management as one of its members. |
01/October/2010 - Niek van der Sluijs replaces as the new DAG for Maritime Noida office We are pleased to introduce Niek van der Sluijs as the new Director for Maritime Advisory Group with effect from 1st October 2010 at our Noida office. He will replace Wim Welvaarts who will now join one of the Royal Haskoning offices in the United Kingdom. |
06/September/2010 - Master Plan for ‘Eye of Maldives’ Haskoning India is currently developing a Master Plan for the Gulhi Falhu Island in Maldives. The project involves a mélange of Master plan works including port facilities, business parks, luxury homes, hostels, and recreational facilities. |
15/July/2010 -‘Lloyds Register’ (LRQA) certifies Haskoning’s India offices for ISO 9001:2008 The LRQA Assessment has approved and certified Haskoning India offices (Noida and Mumbai) to the new corporate ISO 9001:2008 certificate for Royal Haskoning. It is a big achievement for Haskoning India since there has been a lot of efforts and hard work over the last few years since the time QMS was introduced in Indian offices. |
10/June/2010 - First employee from Haskoning India to get enrolled with ICE One of our Maritime Engineers at Noida office has successfully been enrolled with Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) which is a great achievement as he becomes the first engineer from our Indian offices to get enrolled. |
