Our client intended to avail the services of an experienced maritime consulting company to evaluate an investment opportunity in a Green field port planned in the state of Orissa, India. Hence, they contact Royal Haskoning further to which we undertook a due diligence study for the proposed green field port project.
The Location of the proposed port site falls near to the mouth of Subarnarekha River along the East Coast of India.

A Due diligence report was submitted to the client with risk factors, associated costs and recommendations.
